We're so excited to celebrate our 25th anniversary, with one of the most beloved musical theatre shows ever - running at Dunamaise Arts Centre from Saturday 16th to Saturday 23rd November 2024! 'Guys & Dolls' opened on Broadway in 1950 and was the recipient of a bevy of awards and what might be the most unanimously ecstatic reviews in Broadway history!
Prepare for a journey from the heart of Times Square to the cafés of Havana, and even into the sewers of New York City! This will be a phenomenal production with top class choreography that will have hearts racing and music that will blow the roof off the theatre by an award-winning
team including Director Art McGauran, Choreographer Stephanie Browne, Musical Director Mary Rose McNally and a myriad of talented performers from Portlaoise and beyond that will take your breath away! Don't miss out as tickets are already flying out! 

GUYS AND DOLLS, A Musical Fable of Broadway is based on a Story and Characters of Damon Runyon with Music and Lyrics by FRANK LOESSER. Book written by JO SWERLING and ABE BURROWS. Our 25th Anniversary Gala Event takes place at a Black Tie Ball in the Midlands Park Hotel on Friday 25th October from 7pm. Featuring special guests, a drinks reception, music and entertainment, accompanied by a 4 course meal, this will be the most spectacular event of the year - and probably this decade!

Our members and friends got together at Fossey Mountain Springs Ranch to remember the good old days on stage for our first show ‘Oklahoma!’ in 1999.
